Dorset based, Activate, exist to promote, support, and produce performing arts projects in communities, bringing world-class events to unexpected places; and they’ve been doing it for over 30 years.
Their aim is to break down barriers and reach the widest possible audiences, while celebrating natural landscape and sense of place. In everything they do there are just two rules: anything is possible, and everyone is invited. Producers of the international biennial festival, Inside Out Dorset, partners in international collaboration and Executive Creative Producers of Nature Calling a project in partnership with the National Landscape Association.
Why we joined Without Walls
‘The team at Activate are so pleased to be invited to join the Artistic Directorate at Without Walls. We join an experienced and passionate partnership invested in supporting, commissioning and touring contemporary outdoor arts. We appreciate the time and commitment that goes into being a member of the Directorate, and look forward to being a new partner.’
