We are looking for two new Board members who can act as inspirational and influential advocates to lead us into the next stage of our development.

Without Walls is governed by a Board of Directors, who ensure that the company is run successfully and meets its objectives. Board members are drawn from the partner festivals, who work alongside a number of independent members, each of whom bring different experiences and perspectives to the governing body.

Joining the Board offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of an exciting arts organisation that is nationally and internationally renowned in the field of outdoor arts. Without Walls strives to be a leader in its field and we have ambitious plans for the coming years. We are looking for people with the motivation, skills, networks or lived experience to help us realise this ambition.

At this time we are interested in applications from candidates with experience in fundraising and corporate partnerships, and human resources and organisational development. We would also like to hear from young people (18-30) who are interested in Board membership.
