Urban Wilderness

Established as Feral Spaces in 2016, Urban Wilderness constituted as a CIC in 2018 and went on to establish their embedded community work in Longton as The Moony Club CIC in 2022.

Urban Wilderness CIC are passionate about bringing people together through reimagining places. We are embedded in Longton, Stoke on Trent, and we deliver a varied programme delivering workshops, nature engagement and high quality events. We run a large scale carnival with a street theatre parade called Longton Carnival & Pig Walk Parade which tells a local heritage story. We are delighted to join the Without Walls Creative Development Network for peer support and training as we progress the development of this event.
