Following on from Tonic’s work on inclusive practice with Without Walls, this session will consider another element of inclusive practice: enabling belonging. Framed by the average journey an employee takes through an organisation, we will explore the different elements that might impact that journey, particularly for those who are currently underrepresented in your workforce.Please note that places are limited to one person per organisation in the first instance.

Led by Livvy Drake, (Sustainable Sidekicks) a Sustainability Expert and Behaviour Change SpecialistJoin us for a 2-part series of bespoke behaviour change training designed specifically for Without Walls partners.To reduce the carbon footprint, waste, and environmental impacts of the industry, we know we need to change our behaviour. But how do we achieve this, especially with people who don’t seem to think like us or are just following the norms?
BEHAVIOUR CHANGE THEORY FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS AND FESTIVALS

In this initial session on behaviour change theory, we will delve into the barriers and motivators to pro-environmental behaviour change.
APPLYING BEHAVIOUR CHANGE TO YOUR AUDIENCES AND COMMUNICATIONS
Thursday 27 June, 10 am – 12 pm, online
In this interactive session, we will look at the: Motivators and drivers of the different stakeholder groups you would like to influence & How to communicate using behaviour change principles to engage people to implement the ideal behaviours.
