Dom Kippin Joins Without Walls As Head of Programme

3 November 2025

Without Walls is delighted to welcome Dom Kippin as our new Head of Programme. Dom will begin his role in January 2026.

Dom is a producer, programmer and cultural leader who is passionate about bringing people together through extraordinary shared experiences in public space. His work spans outdoor arts, touring and festivals, with a particular interest in projects that are free to attend, grounded in place and co-created with the communities they serve.

Originally trained in music, Dom’s route into the arts was far from linear – from wrangling press calls at bookshops to delivering large-scale commissions on beaches and clifftops. He’s worked across local government, literature festivals, commercial events and producing organisations, always with a focus on accessibility, collaboration and creative ambition.

From 2017 to 2025 he was the Outdoor Arts, Festivals and Touring Producer at Activate Performing Arts, leading on the Inside Out Dorset festival and supporting touring projects such as Working Boys Club and Sense of Unity.

We’re looking forward to welcoming Dom to the team.
