2027 Programme Open Call

This open call is for artists to submit proposals for new outdoor arts projects to be included in the 2027 programme. Please read through the form carefully and answer all required sections. You can save your progress and return to the form later but we advise keeping an offline draft as well. Uploaded files and images are not saved so will need to be re-uploaded if returning to the form.

      9. Submission

      Please note: by submitting your proposal you are agreeing to us sharing your application and details with the Artistic Directorate festival partners of Without Walls and any independent assessors involved in the selection process. We may also share proposals with other collaborating partners to help publicise and promote your work to potential supporters.
