White Suit

by Helen Chadwick Song Theatre

Dance, Music/Sound, Theatre

An image of four performers, three male and one female. One of the men is holding a woman's head up whilst she is lying on a box with her eyes closed. There is a sign to the right of them with a skill and cross bones.

White Suit combines close harmony singing with larger than life physical performance.

This is the story of a landmine survivor. Its surreal theatrical storytelling is a ferocious satire on the brutality and hypocrisy of the arms trade, featuring singing armaments and dancing arms dealers in a highly stylized song-theatre performance.
