Founded by Bobak Champion, Salaam Salaam draw on comedy, live music, dance and hip-hop theatre to make work that is closely connected to Iranian culture. Challenging the often one-sided discourse on all things Middle Eastern, tackling Islamophobia and engaging those who aren’t currently engaged in the arts. Doing so in fun and engaging means.
