Accessibility in Outdoor Arts Festivals and Events (Webinar)

14 October 2020, 11.00am - 12.15pm (Hosted on Zoom)

Join Without Walls for this webinar on Accessibility in Outdoor Arts Festivals and Events.

Following the publication of the Without Walls Outdoor Art Festivals and Events Access Guide, Without Walls Access Advisor Alex Covell will share practical tools and information for event organisers to find inclusive practices when working with Deaf and disabled audiences and artists.

Alex, who is also the Engagement & Access Producer for Greenwich + Docklands International Festival, will also share experience from the 2020 edition of the festival as a case study for access provision in the context of a COVID-secure event.

This webinar offers a timely opportunity to reflect on how to ensure that a return to live events is an inclusive experience for Deaf and disabled audiences and artists.
