We are delighted to announce the new members of the network for 2023.

Joining our Artistic Directorate network of commissioning festivals is LEEDS 2023, a year-long celebration of culture. They will present a body of exceptional new outdoor work next summer as an integral part of the Without Walls artistic programme.

“Our partnership with Without Walls will help put outdoor art at the heart of our summer programme. We are excited to be joining the network and supporting UK artists to bring the best outdoor shows to the neighbourhoods and communities of Leeds” Creative Director and CEO of LEEDS 2023, Kully Thiarai.

The Touring Network Partnership and Creative Development Network will also see the addition of new partners next year. Seventeen organisations have been confirmed as joining the network on 1 January 2023, with a further addition in the new year.

Comprising the Touring Network Partnership are organisations that are committed to touring Without Walls shows to neighbourhoods, towns and cities across England – with a particular focus on serving audiences with low arts attendance. The Creative Development Network acts as a festival incubator, offering mentorship, training and support for organisations and freelance professionals taking their first steps into presenting outdoor art.
